Kolleno’s Growth and Revenue Operations Associate Dameli Bozzhanova adds that G2 has not only been a key driver in building a customer base, but it’s also been essential in leveraging that base to share authentic customer reviews with prospects. 

“Giving a voice to our customers allows us to enhance our brand credibility. Because we are a relatively young solution, it is really important for us to communicate our value, enhance our trustworthiness, and parlay those positive reviews into new business,” says Bozzhanova, who appreciates that G2 is home to over 2 million reviews from real customers.

Kolleno currently has almost 50 G2 reviews from customers with an overall 5-star rating – a stamp of approval that reassures interested buyers that they are on the right track. Those reviews, and the G2 badges Kolleno has earned in the cash flow management, accounts receivable, and credit and collections categories, are then amplified through Kolleno’s marketing materials, social media, and website.
