Greg Emerson joined BCG in 2010. He’s a core member of the Principal Investors & Private Equity and Technology, Media & Telecom practices. He leads BCG’s technology capital businesses in North America and co-leads work globally. Greg’s interested in the intersection of technology and private capital. He leads over 50 due diligences a year in enterprise software, fintech, data, and consumer internet business. He manages, recruits, and develops BCG’s North America capital consulting team, leading the relationships with some of the world’s top technology investors.

Clark O’Niell

Managing Director and Partner

Clark is a Managing Director and Partner in BCG's PIPE and TMT Practice Areas. He has spent his career serving both Private Equity and Corporate clients while covering software, hardware, and services. He has deep experience in M&A, portfolio strategy, digital transformation, strategic planning, R&D, sales and marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain. Previously, he worked in corporate strategy, M&A, and consulting roles at EY-Parthenon, EMC, and Bain & Company. He start his career as a technologist, developing microprocessors and assessing disruptive technology trends for IBM.

Amanda Malko

Amanda Malko is a go-to-market leader with 20 years of experience scaling high-growth technology companies, including G2 where she was most recently CMO and currently serves as an advisor. Throughout her career, Amanda has built multiple category-leading brands and contributed to the acquisitions of four companies with a combined value in the billions, including Mailchimp (acquired by Intuit), 360i and IgnitionOne (both acquired by Dentsu), and Massive (acquired by Microsoft).
