An experienced leader with 20+ years of experience building and scaling large technology businesses, Eric joined G2 from Upwork, where he oversaw a global team of 400+ and helped lead the company to a successful IPO in 2018 (NASDAQ:UPWK) where the business scaled to north of $600 million in annual revenue in 2022 while serving 50% of the Fortune 500. Prior to his tenure at Upwork, Eric held a number of leadership roles at CareerBuilder, most recently as President of Vertical Sales. Beyond his role at G2, Eric also serves as a limited partner at the GTMfund investor network as well as an advisory board member at Sales Assembly. He’s been recognized as one of the Industry's top "40 under 40" by Staffing Industry Analysts in both 2017 and 2018 and as a Top 100 Global Sales Leaders in 2020 by The Modern Sale. Based in Chicago, Eric has a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.

As CMO of Sprout Social, Scott Morris oversees the company's global marketing organization. With 25 years of experience leading key strategic marketing initiatives at both B2B and B2C tech companies, Scott previously held executive leadership positions at Zendesk, including SVP Global Marketing and Acting CMO. During that time he led the company’s 400-person global marketing and communications team, and was responsible for building the Zendesk brand and partnering with Sales to deliver world-class demand. For more than 10 years, Scott also held various leadership roles at Adobe where he ran product marketing for Creative Cloud, and then campaign marketing for both Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.

As Freshworks' Chief Customer and Marketing Officer, Mika Yamamoto is responsible for leading the company’s global marketing and customer experience teams. Prior to  Freshworks, Mika served as EVP and Chief Marketing and Customer Engagement Officer at F5 (NASDAQ: FFIV) — leading the company’s data, marketing, digital transformation, and customer experience efforts across all products, segments, channels, and geographies.

Before F5, she was Global President of Marketo and then became SVP and General Manager of Marketo at Adobe after it was acquired. Mika previously served as Chief Digital Marketing Officer and CMO of SMB for SAP. In addition, she has held senior leadership roles at Amazon Books, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Stores, Gartner, and Accenture. Mika serves on the boards of BlackLine, the Rainier Valley Food Bank, and the United Way of King County.
