- You also get review collection tools, basic performance insights, and more profile enhancements.
G2 Starter is exclusively for small businesses with 1–100 employees. If your company has over 100 employees, you’ll need to upgrade to Professional.
Monthly: Yes. Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing month.
Annual: Annual plans are a 12-month commitment.
Refunds: We don’t offer refunds.
After your plan ends, paid features like profile CTA, badge downloads, and incentivized campaigns won’t be available.
Yes. You can change your billing cadence later from your billing settings.
G2 Starter includes in-app support and Help Center resources. Response times vary, but you’ll typically hear back within about 24 hours. A dedicated account manager is available on Professional.
G2 Starter includes up to 3 admin seats for your product. Admins can manage your profile, review collection, badges, and settings in myG2. Professional allows you to add up to 10 admins.
