How do I set up and distribute a Multi-Product Review campaign?

You can manage the entire process through your my.G2 admin portal.

  • Configuration: Navigate to the Reviews menu and select Multi-Product Reviews. If you haven't already, you will need to create a new review grouping or "Solution".
  • Homegrown Campaigns: Alternatively, you can take the unique Landing Page link and share it via your own marketing channels, newsletters, or at key customer milestones.
  • Direct G2 Campaigns: You can upload a customer list directly to my.G2 and have G2 send the campaign on your behalf.
