How to earn a
G2 Trust Badge

To be eligible for G2’s Software Sellers or Software Products
“Best Of” lists, you must receive at least 50 approved and
published reviews during any given evaluation period.


Leader/High Performer Badges

Awarded to all products in the Leaders or High Performers Quadrant of the G2 Grid at the quarterly review deadline.


Regional Leader/High Performer Badges

Badges awarded to products featured in G2’s Leaders/High Performers Quadrant for Small Business, Mid-Market, and Enterprise categories.


Momentum Badges

Awarded to products achieving the most positive movement over the last year.


  • How do I add a G2 Trust Badge?

    - Congratulations! After you earned a badge, log in to your My.G2 profile. There, you can locate your awards and copy an official embed code for use on your site. Or, if you prefer, you can download your badge.

    - Once you have your embed code, add it to your homepage, important landing pages, share it on social, or even include it on your G2 profile.

  • What is the value of a G2 badge?

    - Badges represent the trust only authentic peer reviews provide. When customers see a badge on your site, they're more likely to convert.

  • How do I show my star rating and review info in search results?

    -In the G2 Badges tab in my.G2, enable the 'star rating in Google' feature. If Google decides it's relevant to a user's search, your product and review information will appear.
